CS-Management was asked by the CEO of a leading European glass company to provide a business strategy for venturing into the glass component business for hi-tech industries. The company was faced with stagnating results in other segments and wanted to migrate into the CLEANTECH INDUSTRY. CS analyzed the core competencies and strategic options, delivered tech- and GO-TO MARKET ROADMAPS for various applications, identified lead customers / projects and initiated JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.
